I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am to you and your manual. As you know when I first started, I called you many times because I had lots of questions. I appreciate very much that you actually answer your own phone and took the time to help me. Since I just had my first success, I thought I would tell you about it, actually my first two successes. Like I told you on the phone, I sold the first probate house I bought for $71,000. I paid $59,000 for it so after I paid for the fix up, (my son did the work) and I paid back the money and interest I borrowed from the private lender, there wasn’t very much left over. But that’s OK. This gave me the confidence that this works here in NJ and also that I can do it. Just two weeks later I was able to locate a second house that I purchased for $175,000. Again my son helped me with the fix-up, this took a little more than the first one and I sold it yesterday for $244,000. Boy am I one happy guy. After all my expenses, including paying my son, it looks like I’ll make about $40,000. As I told you, my wife and I barely get by on our retirement income. With these two deals, I’ve now made about four times what I made last year. I can’t thank you enough, Ron. This is going to make a tremendous difference in my life.

I’ve included this story because I know many of you do not have confidence to believe you can make this work. I know that Marvin was skeptical also but what he did was take me up on my offer to give it a try and guess what? It worked (but so did Marvin).
